Effective Date: July 31, 2026 Last Updated: July 31, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website www.eclipse-insulation.com (the "Site") or engaging Eclipse Insulation LLC ("Eclipse Insulation," "we," "us," or "our") for insulation-related services.
By accessing the Site or requesting a consultation, quote, or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
1. About Us
Eclipse Insulation LLC is a spray foam insulation contractor.
Contact: Email: [email protected] Phone: (219) 200-2307
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to give visitors information about our insulation services, past projects, and a way to contact us to schedule a free consultation. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party.
You may not:
Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Site without our permission
Use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent
3. Consultations and Quotes
Consultations scheduled through the Site are free and non-binding.
Quotes provided during or after a consultation are estimates based on the information and property conditions assessed at the time. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ once work begins (e.g., hidden structural issues, additional square footage, or code requirements discovered on-site).
We aim to provide same-day quotes following an on-site assessment, but timing may vary based on scheduling and project complexity.
A quote does not constitute a binding contract until both parties agree to and sign a separate service agreement or work order for the project.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by phone or email and are subject to availability.
We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation or scheduled service appointment.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to offer future priority scheduling.
5. Services Performed
All insulation work is performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes and safety standards.
Access to the work area (attic, crawlspace, walls, etc.) must be reasonably available on the scheduled service date. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete pre-work by the property owner may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
Any warranties on materials or workmanship will be provided separately in writing as part of your service agreement and are not implied by anything on this Site.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice provided at the time of contract.
We do not process payments through this Site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and project photos — is owned by or licensed to Eclipse Insulation LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
